Have you started on your journey toward Mount Zion, that Heavenly City?
If you have, you understand that it started with you humbling down before God, and asking Him for His mercy and grace to save you.
You confessed your sins, and you were sorry enough for them that you repented of them, and forsook them.
You, then asked Jesus into your life, and made Him your Lord and Savior.
THAT WAS YOUR STARTING POINT.
REDEMPTION:
WHAT IS REDEMPTION?
Dear friend, Redemption is the buying back of our soul out of spiritual captivity. It is a ‘Rescue’ of our soul, from the bondage of sin.
It is the opening of the prison to them that are bound. HALLELUJAH, PRAISE THE LORD.
(Isaiah 61:1) “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me: Because the Lord has anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted; to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound. To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord”.
My friend, are you a captive of the devil? Are you bound by your own selfish, lustful, and willful desires?
You can be free it you want to be. You can be liberated from heavy oppression.
The seemingly unbreakable chains of addiction will be snapped by the power of our Mighty God, if you will cry out to Him for mercy and trust Him to set you free.
(John 8:36) “If the Son (Jesus) shall make you free, you shall be free indeed”.

Dear Reader, there is no redemption without blood.
In the Old Testament in Leviticus 17:11 it says, “For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls, for it is the BLOOD that makes an ATONEMENT for the SOUL”

SEE THAT YOU REFUSE NOT HIM THAT SPEAKS.
FOR IF THEY ESCAPED NOT WHO REFUSED HIM THAT SPOKE ON EARTH, MUCH MORE SHALL NOT WE ESCAPE, IF WE TURN AWAY FROM HIM THAT SPEAKS FROM HEAVEN:
Oh, friend, please reverence the blood of Jesus. There is nothing so powerful as the blood of Jesus. His blood is a treasure of heaven and the most precious commodity in all the earth.
We could never, every expect to be saved without the shedding of Jesus blood.
Paul says in Romans 5:9 “Since, therefore, we have now been justified by His blood, much more shall we be saved by Him, ‘FROM THE WRATH OF GOD”.
We have been justified, made right (righteous) through and because of the blood of Jesus. Now, the Father who is so pure and holy and can only judge sin , sees us as righteous through the blood of His pure and holy Son, Jesus Christ.
So, through Jesus blood we have been saved from God’s terrible wrath.
(John 3:16) For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him, should not perish, but have every lasting life?
As members of the human race, we were all created in God’s image. So special are we, that we are His only creation that were created in His own image. THAT’S WHY HE LOVES US SO MUCH.
GOD’S LOVE AND WRATH ARE MINGLED TOGETHER FOR FALLEN HUMANITY.
Because He loves us so much, He provided a way back to Him. And that way was through accepting His only begotten Son who died, carrying all our sins away, never to come on us again.
But, in order for that to come to pass, we would have to repent and accept Jesus into our heart and life.
Of necessity we would have to make Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, and forever love, obey, worship, adore, and live for Him.

I read of a lady who had a vision of the Crucifixion.
She said, “I saw them nail Jesus to the cross with huge nails. Blood not only ran from his hands and feet, but his whole body was covered by blood. It broke my heart. The Roman soldiers mocked and blasphemed Him.
Then I saw thousands of angels, who were invisible to the crowd around the cross. They gathered and placed every drop of blood into vessels and then they carried every drop of blood to heaven.
The angels were crying as they carried the drops of blood to heaven. Precious, precious drops. Jesus paid an awesome price to redeem our souls. I wept and wept until I could no longer see the vision.
The angels carried the blood of Jesus to the Mercy Seat and there, when Jesus ascended back to the Father after His resurrection, He took His own blood and sprinkled it, drop by drop on the Mercy Seat for our sins.
Jesus as He took one drop of His blood and placed it on the Mercy Seat that sin disappeared.
Over the Mercy Seat a a word would appear. One word and one sin would appear. Then Jesus placed one drop of blood on that sin, and it would disappear. Adultery, hate, lust, sickness, jealousy, addiction, and just one drop of blood canceled that sin out, and it was no more.
Let the blood of Jesus cleanse you, forgive you, redeem you, protect you, sanctify you, and provide for you every need that you could ever have.
And realize that the blood of Jesus is alive, and active, and keeps spirits of darkness and destruction from attacking you, but you must walk in the light as Jesus is in the light (and is the light of the world) I John 1:7.
