There’s probably not a one of us that doesn’t have generational curses on us from ancient of times.
You say, “How can this be? I’m born again, and Jesus lives in my heart, and I’m a faithful follower of Christ. It’s difficult to understand and many Christians have never heard of ‘Generational, or Bloodline Curses’.
(Exodus 20:5) “You shall not bow down to any idol (or graven image), nor shall you serve them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me”.
Many will say, “I’m a Christian and I don’t hate God“, but know and understand this, God considers anyone Christian or non-Christian who continually sins to Hate Him, ‘UNLESS HE REPENTS’.

(I John 3:7-8) “Little Children, let no man deceive you; HE THAT ‘DOES RIGHTEOUSNESS IS RIGHTEOUS‘ even as he is righteous….v8…. ‘HE THAT COMMITS SIN IS OF THE DEVIL; for the Devil sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested that He should destroy the works of the Devil”.
Now, let me assure you that when you truly repented and asked Jesus to save you, you indeed, were saved and born again, regardless of this reality, of blood-line curses.

Those curses won’t cause you to lose your salvation, UNLESS the curse or curses are so persistent, so driving, causing you to lose faith, or to fall into sin without being able to overcome them and recover.
IF YOU CANNOT OVERCOME THOSE SINS NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, SUCH AS PRAYER, FASTING, GETTING INTO THE WORD, THEN A BLOOD-LINE CURSE HAS LANDED ON YOU.
IT’S OBVIOUS THEN, THAT YOU MUST BREAK THOSE GENERATIONAL CURSES. AND KNOW THEY CAN BE BROKEN. YES THEY CAN!

A boy by the name of Aldo about 10-12 years old was hit by a car and killed, but by a miracle of God, he was raised back to life. He was taken to heaven and then returned to earth alive.
He saw Jesus and when he returned, the whole Bible was downloaded into him and he could quote any Scripture in the Bible.
Often before he left for school, God would give him a Scripture for his mother, which was downloaded when he was in heaven. He struggled for years to be able to walk and even to talk. Even now it is very difficult for him to talk.

He communicates a lot by writing things down. God has put a powerful call on his life and part of that call is fulfilled in part even in his disabled condition.
GOD HAS PROMISED TO TOTALLY RESTORE HIM AT HIS APPOINTED TIME AND THEN HE WILL PREACH THE GOSPEL.

We all fight against Generational curses and Memories. Aldo actually Named them. Aldo’s mother, Rita McPherson, was told by her son (by revelation), your father did this, and this, and this, and amazingly it was all true.
They were sins that brought curses down upon Aldo concerning the car accident that severely injured Aldo and his brother, who has since recovered.
Showing the reality of generational curses, a man was going through deliverance, and had a ‘spirit’ (demon) cry out, “HOW DID YOU KNOW THESE THINGS?”
The demon was surprised and shocked to be told about generational curses of ancestors perhaps hundreds of years in the past that committed specific sins.
Because these sins were not repented of, this demon had the legal right, back then, to pass the curse down from generation to generation.
He and his cohorts were then able to enforce and bring about that serious auto accident upon Aldo’s family and generation.
Well, the Holy Spirit revealed it to Aldo. Some of these curses can be known just by living with your parents. Were they alcoholics. Were they womanizers?

That let’s you know your parents generational sin, but it may take prayer and fasting so God can reveal the sins of forefathers three or more generations ago.
HOW DO I BREAK GENERATIONAL CURSES?
First, you must give your heart and life to Jesus Christ.
PRAY THIS PRAYER:
Dear Heavenly Father, forgive me of all my sins. Jesus I know you died for my sins and paid the price for my soul, which no one else could pay. That price was shedding your precious blood for my cleansing and redemption.
(Ephesians 1:7) “In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace”
(John 3:16) “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life”.
The price for my soul was paid by Your death on the cross. Dear Jesus, come into my heart and save my soul. I give my life to you and determine to follow You all the days of my life.
I renounce Satan, his power and influence over me. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and give me power over sin and Satan in Jesus name. Let me walk in freedom, victory and joy from this day forth. Amen.
1. Repent: Confess your sins and the sins of your ancestry back (three or four generations minimum), but for more thorough deliverance, break these blood-line curses back to Adam and Eve because that leaves no one out of this process.
Somewhere way back you may have had an idol worshiper or someone who dedicated you to some pagan ‘god or goddess’. That must be broken.
2. Say, “I break the curse of (if you know what it is), or simply, “I break the curse off of me and my family that came through both my mother and father’s blood-line all the way back to Adam and Eve in Jesus name.
There’s a demon also, working with that curse, so ‘COMMAND HIM TO LEAVE YOU IN JESUS NAME’.
Now, live for God, love God, trust God, and obey God. If you sin, which you shouldn’t, (yet we all do) repent quickly and get forgiveness and cleansing. JESUS WILL FREELY FORGIVE YOU, IF YOU SINCERELY WANT TO BE FREE AND LIVE A HOLY LIFE.
(I John 1:9) “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness”.
