To understand this title, is to cooperate with it with all your heart, might, determination and efforts all the days of your life because in importance it is second only to receiving Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior.
Lord Jesus, I pray that you will open every readers understanding to this spiritual principle and the eternal law that ‘Like attracts like. The most important spiritual laws that exist are found in the Bible in the book of Romans chapter 8:2, but I will start with Romans 8:1 to give context.

(Romans 8:1-2) “There is therefore no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh (selfish desires), but after the Spirit (the ways and desires of God)…..2….FOR THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE IN CHRIST JESUS HAS MADE ME FREE FROM THE LAW OF SIN AND DEATH.”
Jesus tells us, in Matthew 7:13-14 about these two great spiritual poles in the universe, toward which we all are moving. Every thought, every intent, and every desire acted upon moves us in the direction of our ruling desires. (Matthew 7:13-14) “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it”.

Revelation did not stop with the completion of the cannon of Scripture. The revelation I’m talking about does not create or produce more scripture, but reveals things to come, things that God wants to tell us right now to meet present needs, to correct certain problems, to encourage believers, to reveal what God is doing now, and through the gift of discerning of ‘spirits’ we learn what Satan is up to and how to combat and defeat him and his destructive plans.
Through revelation, prophecy, dreams, visions, being caught up into heavenly realms and even heaven itself is and will increase until Jesus comes back for His Bride. People are being shown both heaven and hell and are sent back to earth by God to let us know that they are very, very real. They are also given to motivate us to prepare for one, ‘HEAVEN’, and to strongly avoid the other, ‘HELL’, by loving God and righteousness with all our soul, and hating iniquity with equal intensity.

(John 16:13) “Howbeit, when He the Spirit of Truth is come, He will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of HImself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that will He speak, ‘AND HE WILL SHOW YOU THINGS TO COME‘
Anna Roundtree was caught up to heaven and shown many things. Father God told her, “Anna, I want my children to hope in Me, to look up, to see at last the distant shore toward which they are sailing – filling their hearts and minds, — their eyes and ears with Me — This will bring the hope that gives peace.”
My Father continued, “If they delight in Me, Anna, — their desires will carry them — deeper into Me. Then as they are drawn into Me — so will they leave the earth’s orbit in greater and greater degrees, — soon, like ‘GRAVITY, — the Pull from my realm, — the desire for Me, — to know Me — and to experience the eternal — while in the temporal — will become so strong — THAT THEY WILL BE SET FREE — FROM EARTH’S ORBIT AND WILL BE DRAWN MORE — AND MORE SWIFTLY INTO MINE’.

A classic ‘Scenes Beyond the Grave’ a book by Marietta Davis was told by an Angel, “Marietta, have you left the world of mortal sadness and why does your being vacillate between the spheres of good and evil? I have seen you in the paradise of peace, moving with the blessed, where songs unite and are ever ascending into softest melodies. I have seen you floating in the murky air friendless and alone. Then I witnessed your sudden fall into the cloud that overhangs the arena of inharmonious, wicked beings.
“LEARN FROM THIS that he whose heart is not established in truth, whose nature is not controlled by the ‘LAW OF HOLY LOVE’ IS EXPOSED TO those influences which ‘TEND TO OUTER DARKNESS’ and the abode of those existing in the sphere of ‘DEADLY MAGNETISM.
Remember that he that would be the disciple of truth and enter into rest, ‘MUST DENY HIMSELF THE GRATIFICATION OF THE — UNHOLY INCLINATIONS OF THE PERVERTED HEART, WHICH CLEAVE TO THAT WHICH DOES NOT INSPIRE REVERENCE FOR GOD OR A DESIRE TO BE FOUND DOING HIS WILL;
“AND HE MUST CONVERT THE ATTRIBUTES OF HIS BEING TO THE EXERCISE OF WELLDOING, FOR THEN, AND THEN ONLY CAN HE BE SECURRED THROUGH GRACE DIVINE, — EVER LASTING GOOD.
This can only happen when we are UNITED with Christ in the New Birth. We come to Christ because we are sinners and we want God and we want our lives changed. We want a new life, we want to love and not hate, we want to bless and not curse, we want to encourage people and not pull them down, and then desire to share Jesus, His life, His salvation, His deliverance and His healing power.
Two thousand years ago Jesus paid the price that our sins demanded, which was ‘DEATH’. Yes, Jesus died for our sins, and gave His life that we might live.
(John 3:16) “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have ever lasting life”. Dear Reader, if you want everlasting life and be saved, then ask Jesus to forgive you of all your sins, (turn away from them) and then ask Jesus to come into your heart as your Lord and Savior, and then live for Him and follow Him all the days of your life.
(2 Corinthians 5:17) “Therefore, if any one be in Christ he is a new creature (creation), old things are passed away, behold, all things are become new”.
Old things can only pass away when we really want them to pass away, and that can only happen if we have given our lives to Jesus Christ, and then He gives us the power to change through the power of the Holy Spirit dwelling in us.
In the same way, “all things become new in Christ, and only in Christ do we have the power to make the change. Take note, however, that even after we receive Jesus Christ into our hearts by faith, if that becomes our cover for doing our own thing (and still be assured of heaven) while living a self-centered, selfish life, our daily decisions to only live for self and not for Christ and others, is forming our inner man for destruction and ultimately hell.
ETERNAL SECURITY IS NOT IN SIMPLY COMING TO CHRIST AND FALSELY BEING TOLD THAT ALL FUTURE SINS ARE FORGIVEN WITHOUT REPENTANCE AND TURNING FROM THOSE SINS, BUT BEING SECURE ETERNALLY IS LIVING IN LOVING OBEDIENCE TO GOD, AND HIS WORD 100% OF THE TIME.
As a teenager (John 14:21) was my favorite verse of Scripture. Jesus said, “He that has my commandments and keeps them, he it is that loves Me, and he that loves Me shall be loved of My Father, and I will love Him and will ‘MANIFEST MYSELF TO HIM’.
As a young person I loved Jesus with everything within me, and I wanted my Heavenly Father and Jesus to love me and to manifest Himself to me. I knew that that would happen if I would keep His Word (commandments) and live for Him each day. God kept His Word and manifested Himself to me. I was called into the ministry and my wife and I have served the Lord in ministry for over 60 years.
This message is still evolving and will include more inspiring experiences and understanding from the holy Scriptures. God bless you as you put this truth into practice and live for God through Jesus Christ our Lord, for then you will truly be Secure in Him.
Coming to Jesus and repenting of your sins is the only way to heaven, because Jesus is the only door to eternal life. YET THE GREAT DECEPTION THAT SATAN IS PROPAGATING CURRENTLY IS COME TO JESUS AND IF YOU DO, YOU ARE ETERNALLY SECURE. YOU SHOULD LIVE CLOSE TO GOD AND FOLLOW HIS WORD, BUT IF YOU DON’T, YOU ARE STILL ETERNALLY SECURE, DEAR READER, THAT IS NOT SO.
Yes, you must come to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, but that is not a fixed and static position, but is changing moment by moment according to every deed, decision, thought, intent, and motive of your heart. That does not mean that every time you make a mistake or even sin, you have lost your salvation, ‘BUT IT DOES MEAN THAT, THAT WRONG DECISION, MOTIVATION, DESIRE, IS PULLING YOU IN THE WRONG DIRECTION, TOWARD THAT GREAT SPIRITUAL MAGNETIC POLE CALLED HELL.
Well, you might ask then, what benefit is there in coming to Christ if all that you say is true? Let me shout loud and clear, “It’s the most important truth of all. NO ONE WILL EVER ENTER THE GATES OF HEAVEN IF HE HASN’T BEEN BORN AGAIN. HE MUST HAVE COME TO JESUS AND THEN, MUST HAVE HAD S SPIRITUAL CHANGE IN HIS NATURE, BY THE CLEANSING OF THE BLOOD OF JESUS, AND THE RENEWING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
(II Corinthians 5:17) “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation, ‘OLD THINGS ARE PASSED AWAY, BEHOLD ALL THINGS ARE BECOME NEW.”
My friend, that is what a Christian and true believer really is. He is a new creation, a new species. He now has the DNA of God and Christ. That is reality. That is, what it is.
You are now experiencing it and are amazed. When you wake up in the morning, your husband or wife notices it, and asks in surprise, “WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?” In the next few days your children notice it, and maybe a week or two later your neighbor notices it.
WHY?
Because you have become a ‘NEW CREATION’. A New creature in Christ.
Now, here’s the crux of the whole matter. Here’s where you either soar with the eagles or gather with the buzzards around the carcasses of the dead.
Here’s where the upward pull toward heaven either grows stronger or weaker. Here’s where the deadly evil magnetism of sin (not repented of) pulls you toward that mighty spiritual magnet, called ‘HELL’, just like iron is drawn to a magnet.
NOW, HERE’S WHAT ETERNAL SECURITY LOOKS LIKE.
1..First it’s recognizing that you are a sinner and in need of God and forgiveness.
2..Next, you humbly and in faith believing come to Christ as your Lord and Savior.
3..You not only ask God to forgive your sins, but you repent and turn away from your sins.
4..You now start feeding your soul on the Word of God.
5..You gather with others who also have repented of their sins and have come to Christ. You can now receive encouragement and give encouragement.
6..You love God with all your heart, strength, mind, and soul, and your neighbor as yourself. You definitely love your brothers and sisters in Christ.
Let me sum the whole matter up in this way, You repent and receive Christ as your Lord and Savior. Doing this starts you off on the right path toward heaven. God changes your heart and puts the right desires in them. You become a new creature in Christ Jesus.
Now, what happens when you sin, or fail in some way or another? You ask God to forgive you, and to cleanse you anew with His precious blood.
(I John 1:9) “If we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness”.
It is important to understand that forgiveness is absolutely necessary, not just when we first get saved, but any time after we come to Christ and sin, we must, I say, we absolutely must forsake that sin or that magnetic pull toward hell is a very real law beginning to work in our lives once again pulling us toward that great deadly magnet of eternal wickedness and misery forever.
To avoid that evil deadly magnetism of sin pulling us downward, we must get into the Word of God and get the Word of God into us. Not only must we read it, and know it, we must live it, and we will only live it if we allow it to govern and rule our lives.
No one, who does ‘NOT LOVE’ the Word of God will consistently obey and follow the living Word of God, the Scriptures, the commands and commandments of the Lord.”
(John 14:21) “He that has My commandments and keeps them, he it is that loves Me, and he that loves Me, shall be loved by My Father, and I will love him, and manifest Myself to him”.
How much clearer can it be. If we love Jesus, we will keep His commandments. In-other-words we will obey His Word. If we don’t love Him, we won’t obey His Words.
Child of God, if you want to go to heaven, you have to first of all know Christ, then you must have that heavenly pull toward the Throne of the eternal God. That pull only works for those who treasure the Word of God and consistently follow and obey it.
When it says we are to love everybody, even our enemies we will do it. When scripture says to pray for those who persecute us we will do it. When scripture tells us to forgive everyone who has hurt us, we do that. If we struggle with these issues, we ask God for wisdom, strength, and help, and He will help us to love our enemies and forgive them. We all struggle with certain areas that are difficult, very difficult indeed, but through Christ and in cooperating with God through the Spirit and the Word we can and will overcome. We will; prevail.
