Now is the time to examine ourselves and see where we stand with God. It’s time for us to take a good look at ourselves in the mirror to see whose face we are looking at.

If we are radiating love, true love, we are looking at the face of God. However, if we are radiating hate and hatred, we are looking at the face of the Evil One, the Devil.

Scripture admonishes us, in (2 Corinthians 13:5) “Examine yourselves and see whether you be in the faith (genuine Christians), prove your own selves; Do you not recognize how that Jesus Christ is in you unless you be reprobate?”

We must prove ourselves to the world, but first of all we must prove ourselves to ourselves unless we be disqualified and rejected of Christ?
HOW DO WE PROVE OURSELVES, TO OURSELVES?
We prove ourselves by our consistent good attitudes, good behavior, good intentions, our constant trust in God, our love for everyone, ‘INCLUDING OUR ENEMIES‘.

We ourselves know and others know we are of God, and Christ dwells among us if we are genuinely manifesting the graces, influences, and fruit of the Spirit in our lives by the Holy Spirit, by which, God’s kingdom is established in our hearts.

We must be very careful right now with the climate of Lawlessness having exploded all around us in society, that we ourselves, as good citizens, and especially as true Christians, do not pick up the ‘SPIRIT OF THE WORLD’, WITH IT’S ‘LIES, LAWLESSNESS, AND ITS HATRED.

That’s why the Apostle Paul tells us to examine ourselves, to see if we might have abandoned Truth for the lie, Love for hate, Forgiveness for vengeance.
If we’ve abandoned these virtues, Christ will abandon us. If at one time we loved all people and now we hate we’ve abandoned our faith in God.

If we’ve being caught up with the media and how they’re portraying the white man and the black man by opposite political parties and start calling this one a racist and that one white privileged we are falling right into the hands of the Devil and the flames of ‘HATRED’ are being fanned into a raging inferno.

These things are not bringing us together in Unity, but are dividing us and causing us to hate one another.
THIS MUST STOP!
WE ARE TO COME TOGETHER IN UNITY. UNITY IS OF GOD. UNITY IN RIGHTEOUSNESS.

If we want to be right with God, and bring peace to our land listen to what Jesus says, “But I say unto you, ‘LOVE YOUR ENEMIES’, bless them that Curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them that dispitefully use you, and persecute you’.
Dear friend we need to pray for peace, and in prayer war against violence.

We need to work for good government, in peace and with good intentions, but not with contention and ill-will.
(Romans 13:1-2) Paul says, “Obey the government, for God is the One who put it there. So, those who refuse to obey the law of the land, are refusing to obey God, and punishment will follow”.

Though God has ordained good and righteous government, He doesn’t condone everything done in government or put His stamp of approval on all decisions and laws. Sinful man has and will contaminate that which God has ordained.

But, even bad government with all it’s flaws is better than no government at all, because no government at all would not curb any of the chaos, anarchy, and violence that would follow.

If you are a good person, or simply a descent person, check your own heart. What do platforms of those running for different governmental positions stand for?
What do you stand for?
Abortion?
Is that what I stand for?

What is abortion after all? Abortion is the taking of a human life. That which is in the mothers womb is not just a blob of protoplasm is it?

It’s not a whale or a seal, no, it is the taking of a human life, and God in His Word says, ‘THOU SHALT NOT KILL’.

To Murder is one of the ten commandments isn’t it. Those who murder will not inherit eternal life.
No, they will be judged by God who said, “THOU SHALT NOT MURDER”,

“DEPART FROM ME YOU WORKERS OF INIQUITY, INTO EVERYLASTING FIRE PREPARED FOR THE DEVIL AND HIS ANGELS” (Matthew 7:23).
If we abort our un-born our selfishness deprives our own little ones of life and a chance for happiness.
Only hate or selfishness could describe the reason why we would have an abortion (few exceptions: a minor who can’t choose for themselves).
If any of us have hate in our hearts, God won’t allow us into heaven.
(I John 3:15) “Whoever hates his brother (anyone) is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him, by this we know love, that He laid down His life for us, and we also ought to lay down our lives for our brethren”.

Now, back to the subject of abortion, God is merciful and if we are truly sorry for what we’ve done, repent, and ask God to forgive us, He most certainly will. PRAISE GOD.
From that point on He expects us to follow Him and obey His commandments and His word.
Notice who does what, and you follow what’s right, not what your political party or mine says we should do.

ALSO LOOK AROUND YOU AND SEE IF WHAT THE TWO SIDES ARE DOING MATCHES WHAT THEY’RE SAYING. TRUTH IS IN WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING AND BEING DONE, NOT IN JUST WHAT SOMEONE SAYS.
THOSE WHO WILL NEVER WATCH THE OTHER SIDE, ARE CLOSED MINDED, AND REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE TRUTH. IF IT IS HATE FOR THE OTHER SIDE, CHANCES ARE YOU ARE ON THE WRONG SIDE.
CHECK YOURSELF AND SEE.
IF YOU ARE TOLD NOT TO WATCH THE OTHER POLITICAL SIDE, YOU WILL NEVER TRULY SEE WHAT THE OTHER SIDE IS ALL ABOUT.

BE OPEN MINDED, AND ESPECIALLY HUMBLE AND PRAYERFUL. GOD CAN THEN, LEAD YOU RIGHT.
IF WE ARE FULL OF HATE FOR ANYONE WHETHER IT’S THE OPPOSITE OF OUR POLITICAL PARTY, OR A NEIGHBOR WE ARE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE WITH GOD.
IF WE HATE THE POLICE, OR THE PRESIDENT, WE ARE UNDER THE JUDGMENT OF GOD. If we want the police defunded or banned, we are for ‘LAWLESSNESS’ which God CONDEMNS.
WE MUST REPENT IF WE EXPECT TO GO TO HEAVEN. HELL IS LOUDLY CALLING TO THOSE WHO HATE. Darkness like a mantle is wrapping itself around them.
Look in the mirror. What do you see? Who do you see? If you hate, you will see looking back at you the sinister face of Satan himself.
If you have resisted hate and have allowed love to fill your heart, for everyone, you will see in your mirror the ‘FACE OF GOD LOOKING BACK AT YOU’, BECAUSE GOD IS LOVE.
