— RAY: “DON’T LET DOWN. DON’T GET WEARY. DON’T GIVE UP. THERE’S STRENGTH, AND A MIGHTY REFRESHING JUST A BREATH AWAY”.
(Gal 6:9) “And let us not be weary in well-doing, for in due season (proper time) we shall reap (receive a harvest) if we faint not”.
There is a heaviness and darkness in the spiritual atmosphere in the last few years unlike anything we have ever felt or seen before.

To understand this will help us to be prepared to deal with it and stand against it.
We will discern that the darkness in this world, is not darkness in us if we are walking in faith, love, and obedience to God.
Remember, refreshing always comes when we are walking in the light, or seeking the light.
Who is the Light?
Jesus, of course, is the light and if we are Christians we understand that. Friend, Jesus loves you so much. If you have received Him as your Lord and Savior, then draw as close to Him as you possibly can.
In Him and in loving Him is pure joy. Joy comes from the very heart of God and is a characteristic of His nature which is Light. GOD IS LIGHT.
(I John 1:5) “This then is the good news that we have heard from Him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all”.
If we are, and have been taking on the characteristics of this fallen world our gaze has been in the wrong direction.
Our choices are welcoming the world, and the sins and lusts thereof.
Our love of these elements is sucking in deep darkness and that darkness is filling our souls.
And because of this we need to repent and perhaps we even need deliverance to get that darkness out of us, so we can be ready when Jesus returns for His bride.
And know this, you can only be refreshed when you get Darkness out of your soul.
Let’s take a look at (Romans 12:1) “I therefore plead with you by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable, unto God which is your ‘reasonable service’.
Remember this, God is interested in your body, and not only your heart. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, so that means our bodies are also to be holy, because they are to be ‘holy temples’ of God.

(Romans 12:2) reads, “And be not conformed (squeezed into the mold) of this world, but be ye ‘TRANSFORMED’ by the ‘RENEWING OF YOUR MIND’…”
We are not to live like this world, love like this world, start thinking like this world, looking like this world, or acting and becoming like this world.
(I Jn 2:15-17) says, “Love not the world neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world the ‘LOVE OF THE FATHER IS NOT IN HIM’. For all that’s in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life is not of the Father, but is of the world, and the world passes away and the lust thereof, but he that does the will of God abides (remains) forever”.

The apostle John is telling us that to love the world and to live like it is to lose one’s soul, but to live for God is to have eternal life through Jesus Christ.
Take note that scripture says, “We are ‘TRANSFORMED’ by the ‘RENEWING’ of our minds, and how is that done?
By the living, breathing, supernatural, all powerful ‘WORD OF GOD’.

When our minds are renewed by the fiery, blazing Word of Almighty God, we can then wield the ‘SWORD OF THE SPIRIT’ which is ‘THE WORD OF GOD’, and defeat every demon that tries to derail or defeat us.
We can overcome every depressive mood that attempts to engulf us, and we can then win the battles over the world, the flesh, and the Devil.
Now it’s up to us to learn, by faith and experience, how to use our spiritual swords.
We learn by consistently engaging in spiritual warfare, against the hordes of darkness coming against us.
Through spiritual discernment we know when there’s an attack against us, and what it’s all about, and through discernment of the Holy Spirit we are shown what to do to defeat the Powers of Darkness.
The Holy Spirit also shows where the attack is coming from.
We get the victory by swinging, slashing, cutting, and defeating the hosts of darkness by the double-edge sword of the Word of God.
We observe that the angels that are fighting along side of us are battling with the blinding light of their swords swinging and never missing the demonic hosts.
(Psalm 103:20) “Bless the Lord, you His angels that excel in strength, that do His commandments, obeying the voice of His Word”.
As a believer do you ever ‘GIVE VOICE TO GOD’S WORD’ when you rebuke or bind the Devil? Well, when you do, the angels obey God’s Word coming out of your mouth, because they obey the ‘VOICE OF HIS WORD’.
Child of God, choose light, choose life, choose God, choose to fight the battles against Darkness, choose God, and in the midst of it all, YOU WILL BE REFRESHED.
ALL VICTORY IS YOURS THROUGH JESUS CHRIST YOUR LORD, AND CAPTAIN OF THE HOSTS (angels). GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST. AMEN.
